To purchase equipments on Equirig, first create an account and provide the the necessary information required to create a profile.

The first step in ordering equipment on Equirig is to explore the marketplace. Visit the Equirig website and take advantage of the search filters to find equipment that meets your specific needs. You can filter by category, price range, location, and more to narrow down your options.

Once you’ve found a piece of equipment that interests you, click on the listing to view more details. Here, you’ll find comprehensive information about the equipment, including specifications, condition, price, and images. Take your time to review this information to ensure the equipment meets your requirements.

Submit your offer to engage with the seller. We will manage the communication and notify you once the seller "Accepts" or "Rejects" your offer. If you decide to move forward with the listing price, click the “Buy Now” button. This action submits a binding and irrevocable order for the equipment. It’s essential to double-check all order details before confirming, as the order cannot be canceled or retracted unless permitted by the Terms of Service. Equirig may require you to pay a small security deposit in order to confirm certain orders.

Following the confirmation, you will need to transfer the total amount due to the bank details provided on the order details page and the pro-forma invoice. Remember that payment must be made within 14 days of placing your order to secure the equipment.

Once your payment is processed, Equirig will confirm receipt of the payment. At this stage, your order will be prepared for release, and you will receive additional details about delivery or pickup options.

Decide whether you want to pick up the equipment from the seller’s location or have it delivered to your address. If you choose delivery, Equirig will arrange the logistics and provide you with the necessary information regarding transport.

Upon receiving the equipment, either through delivery or pickup, make sure to inspect it thoroughly. Confirm receipt with Equirig or the transport company, and document the equipment’s condition with photos, if necessary.
